Your Zamp helmet and Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint are built to protect you when it counts. If one of them is damaged in an accident, our Accident Replacement Program gives you credit toward a replacement.
Who qualifies
- The product is a Zamp helmet or a Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint.
- It was damaged in an accident within 2 years of the original purchase date.
- Your have your original sales receipt.
- You have not used the program in the last 5 years. The limit is one helmet and one Z-Tech every 5 years.
How it works
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact us at (866) 842-9267 or @zamp-racing.com and provide a copy of your original receipt.
- Send us the damaged product. Write your RA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of your original receipt with the damaged product.
- Get your replacement. Once approved, you'll receive a credit for 50% of the retail value (at time of original purchase) of the product you turned in. Apply it toward a new Zamp helmet or Z-Tech of equal or greater value, plus shipping and handling.
Your damaged helmet or Z-Tech will be destroyed once your replacement ships, so it can never be reused.
