Accident Replacement Program



Your Zamp Helmet and/or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint have been designed for safety and protection. If you have been in an accident and the impact/energy has damaged your Zamp Helmet or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint, you may replace the Helmet or Head & Neck Restraint under our Accident Replacement Program. Within 2 years of purchase date, due to an accident, please follow this procedure:

  1. Please contact Zamp Inc. at 866-842-9267 or support@zamp-racing.com to request a Return Authorization Number for our Accident Replacement Program. You will need to put this Return Authorization Number on the box upon approval along with your original sales receipt.
  2. We will replace it with the same size and style Helmet or Z-Tech if available. If not available, we will offer a similar new Helmet or Z-Tech to replace it with.*
  3. You will need to return the Helmet or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint with the return authorization number and your receipt of purchase. It will be sold at 50% off of Retail plus Shipping and Handling. Your Helmet or Z-Tech will be destroyed upon shipping the new Helmet or Z-Tech.

*If you're purchasing an upgraded Zamp product as part of the accident replacement program, then 50% of the damaged Zamp product's original purchase price will be applied towards the upgrade replacement.
