Your Zamp Helmet and/or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint have been designed for safety and protection. If you have been in an accident and the impact/energy has damaged your Zamp Helmet or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint, you may replace the Helmet or Head & Neck Restraint under our Accident Replacement Program. Within 2 years of purchase date, due to an accident, please follow this procedure:
- Please contact Zamp Inc. at 866-842-9267 or support@zamp-racing.com to request a Return Authorization Number for our Accident Replacement Program. You will need to put this Return Authorization Number on the box upon approval along with your original sales receipt.
- We will replace it with the same size and style Helmet or Z-Tech if available. If not available, we will offer a similar new Helmet or Z-Tech to replace it with.*
- You will need to return the Helmet or Z-Tech Head & Neck Restraint with the return authorization number and your receipt of purchase. It will be sold at 50% off of Retail plus Shipping and Handling. Your Helmet or Z-Tech will be destroyed upon shipping the new Helmet or Z-Tech.
*If you're purchasing an upgraded Zamp product as part of the accident replacement program, then 50% of the damaged Zamp product's original purchase price will be applied towards the upgrade replacement.
